This is a high-density, lightweight woven fabric made from 100% polyester. It features a distinctive 0.15mm double-line grid pattern woven directly into the structure. The fabric is finished with specialized waterproofing treatments applied to each side.
Technical Characteristics:
- Composition: 100% Polyester (PES).
- Weave & Pattern: Tight 400T Taffeta weave with integrated 0.15mm Double-Line Grid.
- Yarn Specification: Ultra-fine 20 Denier (20D) filaments in both warp and weft directions.
- Weight: Exceptionally light at 36 Grams per Square Meter.
- Width: Standard 156 Centimeters.
- Finishing: Advanced dual-sided waterproof treatment.
Functional Advantages:
- Superior Waterproofing: Achieves a high hydrostatic head of 3000mm on the PU-coated side, providing robust water resistance. The silicone-finished side offers excellent water repellency and a distinct, soft hand feel.
- High Durability & Tear Resistance: The dense 400T weave and fine 20D yarns create a fabric with excellent strength-to-weight ratio and inherent resistance to tearing.
- Lightweight & Packable: At only 36GSM, this fabric offers minimal bulk and weight, ideal for applications where saving weight is critical.
- Wind Resistance: The tight weave structure provides inherent windproof qualities.
