Delivery time depends on your requirements and order quantity.

• Custom orders: usually 15–30 working days after we receive your 30% deposit.
• In-stock items: delivery can be arranged within 3–7 working days after full payment is received.

MOQ varies by fabric type. The figures below are for reference only and do not necessarily apply to every order — the actual MOQ is subject to confirmation. In short, pricing depends on order quantity.

• Stock fabric: MOQ 1 meter. Full rolls are free of cutting fees; if cut into lengths, a per-meter handling fee applies.
• Custom color / printed fabric: MOQ (MCQ) 1 roll, approximately 25 kg (100 m). Meterage is calculated from width and weight, and a small-batch surcharge applies. The dyeing surcharge is waived for large orders of 400 kg (1,000 m) or more.
• Custom weaving, knitting, or certain processes may require an MOQ for machine setup — please contact us for details.

• Free swatch: we provide one free A4-sized swatch; the express shipping fee is at your expense.
• Meter samples: stock fabric meter samples are chargeable because the fabric has to be cut. Full rolls are exempt from cutting charges, while cut lengths carry a per-meter handling fee.
• Customized items: require a sample-making fee, which is credited toward your bulk order once it is placed.
• Before shipping the sample, we will send you an image for your review.

Packing

Rolls are wound on paper tubes, wrapped in an inner polybag, and protected by an outer woven bag. Each roll is approximately 25–30 kg and 26–30 cm wide; exact weight and volume vary by fabric. Meter samples are folded and packed in cartons. Custom packaging is available on request.

Shipping

Small packages ship by express, while large-volume orders are arranged by cargo shipment. Couriers include DHL, FedEx, UPS, EMS, and SF, and we support air, sea, rail, and road/truck transportation. We can work under EXW, FOB, FCA, DAP, DDP, and other terms. Our nearest port is Xiamen Port.

Freight

Freight charges depend on weight, package size, destination, shipping terms/service, and required delivery time. Our logistics department will recommend the best option for you.

Fabric varieties

Peach, pongee, taffeta, 4-way stretch, T400, T800, memory, Taslan, Oxford, ripstop, satin, crepe, georgette, koshibo, and nylon-poly blends; Single jersey, double knit, interlock, tricot, mesh, pique, and more.

Fabric composition

Our fabrics are mainly based on synthetic fibers — polyester, nylon, and spandex — as well as TR (polyester/rayon), TC (polyester/cotton), CVC (Chief Value Cotton), and blends. The exact composition depends on the fabric article, and we can provide the fiber-content ratio for each one to support your customs clearance and labeling.

Textures

Plain, twill, satin, ripstop, dobby, and jacquard.

Surface effect

BRIGHT for a glossy, shiny face; DULL for a non-reflective matte look; SEMI-DULL for a subtle sheen. The final effect depends on yarn luster and the finishing process.

UV resistance / UPF 50+, water repellent W/R DWR (ISO 811 / AATCC 22), antistatic, anti-microbial, oil and stain resistance with an easy-clean surface, durable abrasion and tear resistance, tensile/breaking strength, downproof cire finish, OPP-film downproof, windproof, bonded multi-layer and 3-in-1 protective constructions, and waterproof/breathable (WP/MVTR) systems — hydrostatic pressure tested to ISO 811, AATCC 127, and JIS L 1092, together with moisture vapor transmission rate (MVTR). Breathable micro-porous coatings and PU, TPU, and TPE laminated membranes are available.

Activewear & comfort

Moisture wicking, quick dry, breathable, brushed, peached, fleece, thermoregulation, 4-way stretch, shape retention, compression, lightweight soft touch, odor resistance, and eco-friendly/sustainable options.

We offer flexible customization for both woven and knitted fabrics — from custom development and sampling through to bulk production. Options include:
