Core characteristics and technical analysis
Base fabric construction (polyester double-sided fabric)
Composition and process: Polyester (100% Polyester) made by double-sided knitting or weaving process.
Functional characteristics: The double-sided structure can respectively bear wear-resistant, breathable or skin-friendly functions, such as the outer layer of wind protection and the inner layer of moisture absorption.
TPU Composite layer (Low permeability film)
Material specification: TPU film thickness 0.03-0.05mm, light transmittibility ≤30% (ASTM D1003), by hot melt adhesive lattice bonding (adhesive density ≥120 points /㎡) and substrate composite, peel strength ≥15N/cm (EN ISO 2411).
Function:
Waterproof: hydrostatic pressure ≥5000mmH₂O (ISO 811), moisture permeability ≥3000g/㎡ 24h (GB/T 12704);
Weather resistance: low temperature resistance -30℃, no embrittlement, UV grade 4-5 (ISO 105-B02).
Outdoor clothing: hardshell jacket, ski jacket outer layer, wind waterproof and breathable.
Sports equipment: waterproof backpack, vamp material, lightweight and wear-resistant.
