Core characteristics and technical analysis
Antibacterial technique
Nano silver composite antibacterial agent: Using nano inorganic material and silver ion complex (such as CY-T08 model), integrated into the fiber through dipping or melt spinning process, antibacterial rate ≥99%, and can withstand 50 times of washing and still maintain more than 95% antibacterial effect.
Heating function design
Far-infrared heating technology: Some T8 series materials may absorb human heat energy and reflect far infrared by adding far-infrared ceramic particles or carbon fiber, raising the body temperature 2-3℃, suitable for winter warm clothing.
Hygroscopic heating: combined with hydrophilic finishing process (such as polyether modified siloxane), release heat energy after hygroscopic, moisture permeability ≥4000g/㎡·24h, dynamic regulation of body temperature.
Single-Brushed process
Surface treatment: One side of the fabric is processed by the wool grinding machine to form a short pile layer (pile height 0.5-1.2mm), which improves the softness and warmth (CLO value ≥0.25), while keeping the reverse side flat, suitable for the differentiation design of the inner and outer layers.
Physical properties: g weight 140-180g/㎡, tear strength ≥25N (ASTM D2261), tensile recovery rate ≥85%.
Application scenarioThermal underwear: combined with heat and antibacterial function, suitable for winter close-fitting wear;
Sports clothing: yoga pants, running clothes, using moisture absorption, heat and air permeability to balance body temperature;
Medical textiles: antibacterial sheets, protective gear, inhibit the growth of bacteria.
