Core characteristics and technical analysis
Composition and structural design
Double-sided cloth: nylon and spandex, made by double-sided knitting process, positive and negative differential structure - dense wear-resistant on the front, high elastic adhesion on the back.
Polyester polyurethane cashmere: surface composite polyester/spandex (PES/EL, 90:10) cashmere (short pile height 1.0-1.5mm), by hot melt matrix bonding (glue density ≥100 points /㎡), peel strength ≥12N/cm (EN ISO 2411).
Physical properties and gram weight
Gram weight and thickness: total gram weight after composite 550g/㎡, suet fluffy (thickness 1.8-2.2mm), static thermal rate (CLO value) ≥0.35.
Durability: Tear strength ≥45N (ASTM D2261), wear resistance Class 4 (ISO 12947-2), low temperature (-30℃) without delamination.
Application scenario
Outdoor clothing: hardshell jacket, ski jacket, both warm and wet;
Sports clothing: high-elastic training pants, yoga clothes, improve dynamic comfort;
Household items: blankets, cushions, soft touch with suede.
