The polyester double-sided cloth is made of 100% polyester fiber, and the double-sided differential structure is formed by weft knitting process. The core technology is as follows:
Characteristic advantage
Double-sided function design:
Surface: retain the anti-wrinkle wear resistance of polyester, can be superimposed anti-UV (UPF > 50+) or antibacterial finish.
Inner layer: strengthen hydrophilic moisture conduction function, accelerate sweat diffusion through 3D honeycomb structure, avoid dampness.
Hydrophilic modification:
Dipped hydroxy-containing acrylate finishing agent (concentration 20-30g/L), baked at 180℃ for 3 minutes, to achieve 0.8 seconds instantaneous water absorption, core suction height > 15cm/30min.
Application field
Sportswear: quick-drying T-shirts, compression clothes, combined with laser punching process to improve air permeability.
