The property and application of polyester high elastic matting stairs
T50/48 and T800+75/72 full matting polyester fiber are blended to form a unique stepped texture structure through double-sided knitting process. Its core features are as follows:
High elasticity and durability
Fabric with polyester as the main body, through special processing to achieve 4-way high elasticity (elastic recovery rate > 90%), both high strength and wear resistance of polyester, excellent wrinkle resistance, suitable for making tight or sports clothing.
Matte texture
Full matting treatment reduces the surface gloss of the fiber, presents a soft and restrained visual effect, avoids reflection, improves the advanced sense and adaptability of the fabric, and is suitable for a variety of style design.
Dyeing and functional finishing
Disperse dye high temperature and high pressure dyeing, color fastness up to ISO 105-C06 3-4, lasting bright color. After superposition hydrophilic finishing technology, the moisture absorption and perspiration efficiency is significantly improved, and the core absorption height is > 15cm/30min, which effectively improves the sultry feeling of polyester fabric.
Three-dimensional texture and warmth retention
The stepped double-sided structure gives the fabric a three-dimensional sense, increases the thickness of the air layer, improves the thermal performance, and is suitable for autumn and winter clothing. At the same time, the cloth surface is smooth and delicate, fits the body curve, and is comfortable to wear.
