Core characteristics and technical analysis
Composition and cotton design
Material ratio: Nylon (Nylon/PA, blended with spandex, through ultra-fine denier nylon and cotton yarn process (such as shaped cross section or alkali reduction treatment), simulate the soft touch of cotton.
Functional design
Cotton-like texture strengthening: improve fabric moisture absorption (moisture regain ≥4.5%) and volume through fiber micropore structure or grinding process, close to pure cotton CLO value (0.25-0.28).
Elastic and durable: Spandex provides bidirectional elasticity (elongation ≥35%, recovery rate ≥90%), tear strength ≥30N (ASTM D2261), wear resistance ≥ 40,000 times (Martindale method).
Application scenario
Sports clothing: yoga clothes, running clothes, training pants, balance cotton comfort and sports functionality.
Underwear and loungewear: Antibacterial and skin-friendly design in accordance with OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 for sensitive skin.
Outdoor casual wear: lightweight (140-180g/㎡) and moisture permeability suitable for sunscreen clothing, light jacket.
