Professional in product clothing of men,women and children.

Using 100% polyester warp and weft knitting process to weave uniform mesh structure, gram weight 140-160g/m². High temperature disperse dye dyeing combined with waterless process, color fastness ≥3, through OEKO-TEX certification. The dipping hydrophilic agent realizes the instant drying of second-level moisture absorption, and the wetting stability of 20 times washing. Double-sided design: the surface layer is wrinkle resistant and wear-resistant (UPF > 50 + optional), and the inner layer is strengthened hydrophilic and wet. Suitable for lightweight and quick-drying scenes such as sportswear and sunscreen clothing, both environmentally friendly and functional.

Composition and structural design
Material: Polyester (100% Polyester), through the double-sided knitting process to form a needle-shaped honeycomb porosity structure, two-sided differential design can take into account the wear resistance of the outer layer and the skin affinity of the inner layer .
Gram weight and specifications: common gram weight 140-180g/㎡, door width 150-170cm, suitable for sportswear, outdoor clothing and other scenes.
Hydrophilic finishing: by dipping method to apply polyether-modified siloxane additives (concentration 8-10g/L), fiber surface contact Angle ≤30°, moisture absorption rate ≤3 seconds (AATCC 79), moisture permeability ≥5000g/㎡·24h (GB/T 12704).
Functional design
Double-sided collaboration function:
Outer layer: pinhole structure enhances air permeability, UV protection UPF 40+ (AS/NZS 4399);
Inner layer: mabrasion or suede treatment improves moisture absorption and quick drying performance, and the humidity adjustment efficiency increases by 20% when applied to the skin.
Additional features: Some products can be selected antibacterial (antibacterial rate ≥99%) or anti-static treatment, in line with OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 environmental standards.
Application scenario
Sports clothing: running clothes, yoga clothes, mountaineering clothes, taking into account light weight (140-180g/㎡) and high moisture permeability needs;
Outdoor equipment: the inner layer of sunscreen clothing and hardshell clothing, using double-sided structure to balance wind protection and permeability.
