Material characteristics and specifications
TPU substrate: The use of Thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer (Thermoplastic Polyurethanes), with high elasticity (tensile recovery rate ≥90%) and wear resistance, A wide hardness range (Shore A 70-95), suitable for complex deformation scenarios 10.
Low transparency design: By adding matting agents or micron grade fillers (such as silica), the light transmission is controlled at 10%-30%, balancing masking with basic visual needs, suitable for privacy protection or anti-glare applications.
Optimized for high elasticity
Molecular chain design: Polyether type TPU (better than polyester type), improve the flexibility and hydrolysis resistance at low temperature (-40℃), elongation ≥400% (ASTM D412 standard) 10.
Composite process: Combined with multi-layer co-extrusion technology, the inner layer enhances the elastic support, the outer layer improves the surface wear resistance, and the peel strength is ≥15N/cm (EN ISO 2411).
Functional application adaptation
Industrial protection: Suitable for curved screen protective film (such as 3C electronic equipment), solve the problem of warping caused by the increase of the traditional protective film, and increase the fit by 50%.
Outdoor equipment: as a lightweight waterproof layer (gram weight 150-200g/㎡), moisture permeability ≥3000g/㎡ 24h (GB/T 12704), to meet the waterproof requirements of hardshell clothing, tents and other breathable.
