Professional in product clothing of men,women and children.

The fabric is based on the blend of polyester and spandex. 75D polyester filament is interwoven with 40D spandex to form a four-sided elastic structure, and 150D polyester bulking yarn is added to enhance the density. After high temperature and high pressure dyeing and water setting process, the hair height (3-5mm) is accurately controlled by the double roller shearing machine to form a delicate and uniform pile layer. Its gram weight is about 180-220g/m², with high elasticity (tensile rate 300%-500%) and lightweight thermal insulation characteristics, moisture permeability of 3500g/m²/24h, color fastness ≥4. Suitable for outdoor warm jacket, ski jacket and autumn and winter casual clothing, both comfortable elasticity and anti-pilling performance.

1. Technical characteristics of fabric structure
Composite yarn design
75D+40D (warp and weft) :
75D polyester filament: high strength wear resistance, good wrinkle resistance, support fabric skeleton, suitable for outdoor and sports scenes.
40D elastic fiber (such as spandex /SP) : provides 4-Way Stretch.
+150D (additional weft/reinforcement) :
Thick composite silk or double layer structure, improve the fabric thickness (g weight 165-215g/㎡) and three-dimensional texture (such as twill, tangled effect).
Enhance wear resistance and heat retention, suitable for autumn and winter clothing or functional outdoor equipment.
Second, dyeing water styling technical characteristics
Core technology
The use of microcapsule disperse dye technology, dye wrapped in microcapsules, after dyeing without washing directly set, water saving 60%-80%.
High temperature setting: After dyeing, pre-baking (80-100℃) → baking (130-150℃, 30-90 seconds) to ensure the color fastness of more than 4, while fixing the elastic fiber shape.
Shearing/Brushing technology features
Technological purpose
Surface treatment: Through mechanical shearing or high-speed brushing, uniform short velvet (0.3-1.2mm) is formed to enhance the soft feel and visual texture (suede or velvet effect).
Functional enhancement: The short velvet layer can lock in the air, improve the warmth, suitable for autumn and winter clothing.

High elastic + wear resistance: four-sided elastic ADAPTS to intense exercise, 150D reinforcement layer improves tear resistance (≥20N);
