1. Fabric structure characteristics
Yarn specification
The warp and weft yarns are all made of composite yarn structure:
75D (Polyester filament) provides high strength, wear resistance and wrinkle resistance;
40D (elastic fiber, such as spandex or SP) gives 4-Way Stretch, improving fit and freedom of movement.
Composition and properties
Main components: Polyester (Polyester) accounted for more than 90%, elastic fiber about 4%-10%.
G weight: about 140-155g/㎡ (light weight and suitable for outdoor/sports use).
Features: high resilience, tear resistance, strong weather resistance, suitable for mountaineering clothing, sports jackets, etc.
2. Dyeing process (water dyeing)
Technical core
Water styling: After dyeing without washing directly high temperature styling, reduce water consumption (similar to "microcapsule disperse dye technology" or "low bath ratio dyeing").
Color fastness up to standard (level 4 or above), uniform color.
Environmental certification
Comply with Oeko-Tex Standard 100 standard to ensure that no harmful substances remain;
Compatible with EU REACH regulations (e.g. fluoride-free finishing requirements).
3. Water shaping technology
Process flow
Dyeing → Pre-drying (80-100℃) → high temperature baking (130-150℃, 30-90 seconds).
Setting agent: Environmentally friendly additives (such as non-silicone oil formulations) to improve feel and durability.

After setting, the fabric size is stable and the elasticity is durable.
Smooth surface, no residual chemical substances, can be directly used for garment processing.
