First, fabric structure characteristics
High elasticity and durability
The fabric is nylon pearl point four-sided elastic, made of 70D and 40D yarn interwoven (including nylon and elastic fiber composite structure), with four-sided elastic characteristics, suitable for sportswear, outdoor clothing and other areas requiring high elasticity and wear resistance.
Composition and applicability
Composed of 87% nylon (N) and 13%SP (possibly elastic fiber), the high strength of nylon is combined with the elasticity of SP to give the fabric good resilience and wrinkle resistance.
Second, dyeing technology characteristics
Waterless or water-saving dyeing process
If combined with supercritical CO₂ waterless dyeing technology (as described in pages 3, 4), the dyeing process does not need water, through the supercritical fluid to dissolve the dye and penetrate the fiber, the dyeing cycle is shortened to 30 minutes, and the dye can be recycled to achieve "zero emissions".
Third, fluoride-free water splashing technical characteristics
Environmental protection property
Fluorine-free waterproofing agent does not contain perfluorinated compounds (PFAS), avoiding persistent pollution of the environment by traditional fluorocarbon waterproofing agents, and complying with international environmental regulations.
