1. Composition and structure
Yarn combination:
Warp: 70D (high strength nylon) + 40D (elastic fibers such as spandex)
Latitude: 70D (nylon) + 40D (elastic fiber) + 160D (reinforced yarn, possibly nylon or polyester)
Features: Composite yarn design to provide 4-Way Stretch, 160D yarn to enhance fabric tear resistance and stability.
Fiber composition:
It is speculated to be Nylon (85-90%) + Spandex (10-15%) (the specific ratio needs to be measured), taking into account light weight, wear resistance and high elasticity.
2. Functional features
Fluorine-free supersplash (waterproof) :
The use of environmentally friendly fluorine-free water repellent (such as C6/C0 substitutes), through the immersion and setting process to meet AATCC 22 standards (spray method 80 points +), waterproof performance is durable and no fluoride pollution risk.
Dyeing process:
Dye before function processing to ensure color fastness (such as ISO 105 washable level 4 +) and waterproof performance.
3. Core strengths
High elastic comfort: four-sided elastic structure ADAPTS to the needs of movement and extension and fits the curve of the human body.
Lightweight and durable: 70D nylon base +160D reinforced yarn, balancing lightweight (about 80-120g/㎡) and tear resistance.
Environmental compliance: The fluorine-free process conforms to international environmental standards such as Bluesign®, **OEKO-TEX®** and is suitable for export to European and American markets.
