1. Material and structure
Yarn composition:
The warp and weft yarn is 70D nylon + 40D nylon composite yarn (may be covered yarn or interwoven structure), the symbol "×" indicates the warp and weft interweaving, and "+" indicates the composite in the same direction.
Balanced warp and weft density, taking into account strength and lightweight (Note: the "0D" in user input is suspected of a clerical error, according to industry practice should be "70D").
2. Core technology
Dyeing process: conventional dyeing treatment, high color uniformity, color fastness in line with industry standards.
Environmental protection and waterproof finishing: The use of fluorine-free water splashing (PFCs-Free DWR) technology, through environmental protection agent to achieve durable water resistance, in line with international environmental regulations (such as REACH, Bluesign).
Functional coating: double-sided white TPU (thermoplastic polyurethane) coating, marked "3K/3K" indicates the double-sided coating weight (about 3g/㎡ per side) or process code, enhance water resistance, wear resistance and low temperature flexibility.
3. Performance characteristics
Waterproof and permeable: fluorine-free water finishing +TPU coating, balance water resistance and air permeability, adapt to the changeable outdoor environment.
High strength and wear resistance: Nylon composite yarn structure provides excellent tear resistance, and TPU coating further enhances surface protection.
Environmental protection and safety: The whole process is fluoride-free, avoiding the pollution of perfluorinated compounds (PFCs), and meeting the requirements of high-end markets in Europe and the United States.
Lightweight and soft: 70D+40D composite yarn reduces the weight of the fabric, and TPU coating is thin and fit to maintain wearing comfort.
4. Application scenario
Outdoor equipment: hardshell jacket, hiking pants, tents and other categories requiring high waterproof and wear-resistant.
Sports clothing: ski wear, cycling wear and other functional clothing with elastic needs (if it includes four-sided bullets, additional marks are required).
