Taslon Honeycomb + Coated PU white glue 5K/5K fabric
1. Basic structure and material
Warp and weft combination: 70D nylon FDY filament is used as warp yarn, 160D nylon air deformed filament is weft yarn, warp density of 430/10cm, weft density of 200/10cm, forming a high-density honeycomb structure.
Weaving process: The double plain fabric is interwoven by water jet loom. The grey fabric is relaxed and refined, alkali reduction, dyeing and soft shaping. The fabric surface presents three-dimensional honeycomb texture, both crisp and flexible.
2. Core technology features
Honeycomb structure advantage
Permeability: The special lattice texture enhances the air circulation, and the moisture permeability reaches 5000g/m²/24h, effectively discharging the moisture on the body surface and keeping dry.
Lightweight: Optimized density design, the fabric weight is only 85-100g/m², the texture is light and elastic, suitable for sports and outdoor scenes.
Wear resistance: nylon fiber itself has strong wear resistance, honeycomb structure dispersing stress, and tear strength is 20% higher than that of ordinary plain fabric.
PU white glue coating technology
Waterproof performance: aliphatic PU white rubber coating, thickness 8-12μm, hydrostatic pressure of 5000mmH₂O, can resist the continuous penetration of moderate rain.
Moisture permeability balance: The coating microporous structure accurately controls water vapor exchange, and the moisture permeability automatically increases to the peak when the humidity is ≥80%, avoiding the feeling of sultry.
Weather resistance: Add ultraviolet absorbent, QUV accelerated aging for 500 hours, color difference ΔE≤3.0, excellent color fastness.
Composite process optimization
Heat sealing adaptability: adhesion between coating and substrate ≥3N/5cm, support heat sealing temperature 180-220℃, suitable for making seamless waterproof equipment.
Touch upgrade: Reduce fiber reflectivity to 12-15% through alkali reduction process, presenting a matte texture, and feel smooth and non-sticky.
