1. Brief description of fabric
Substrate structure
75D polyester peach skin: 75D (Daniel) polyester fiber as the base material, through the grinding process to form a short velvet surface, showing a soft touch similar to peach skin, both lightweight and wear resistance, suitable for clothing, bags and other fields.
Two-point Grid design: may refer to two-color interleaved grid (Check Pattern) or Double grid structure (Double Grid), through the differential arrangement of warp and weft yarns to achieve visual or functional zoning, enhance the three-dimensional sense of fabric and design sense.
2. Technical features
Wear resistance: The short pile structure reduces friction damage and prolongs service life after the peach skin surface is ground.
Softness: The combination of polyester fiber and woolen process gives the fabric a good personal comfort and draping.
TPU film performance
High elasticity and tear resistance: the tensile strength of TPU film can reach 70MPa, and the elongation at break is 80%, which is suitable for complex deformation requirements.
Weather resistance: Temperature range -40℃ to 130℃, UV and chemical corrosion resistance, suitable for outdoor extreme environment.
Environmental protection: TPU materials can be recycled, in line with the trend of green manufacturing.
(2) Functional advantage
Waterproof and permeable: The microporous structure of TPU film (pore size 0.2-20µm) allows water vapor discharge but blocks liquid water, achieving a balance of waterproof and permeable, suitable for outdoor sports clothing and protective equipment.
Anti-fouling and easy to clean: Matte surface reduces fingerprint and stain adhesion, TPU film has excellent oil resistance, easy to wipe and maintain.
Lightweight design: 75D polyester fabric combined with ultra-thin TPU film (thickness 0.02-0.2mm), the overall weight is light, suitable for portable products (such as backpacks, hardshell jackets).
(3) Processing technology points
Composite process: Using hot pressing or extrusion coating technology, temperature and pressure need to be controlled to avoid TPU film decomposition or substrate damage to ensure interface bond strength.
Drying treatment: TPU particles are easy to absorb moisture, and should be dried to water content ≤0.02% before processing to prevent bubbles.
Tension control: Maintain constant tension when winding to avoid film stretching deformation or wrinkle8.
3. Application scenario
Outdoor clothing: The use of waterproof and moisture permeability characteristics, the production of hardshell clothing, ski clothing, etc.
Bags and shoes: TPU film enhances wear resistance and prolongs product life; Matte finish enhances texture.
Medical protection: The biocompatibility of TPU is suitable for making breathable protective clothing and medical dressings.
