First, material characteristics
Substrate property
210T nylon semi-luminous: high-density nylon fabric (210T means warp and weft density), with light weight, high strength, wear resistance, tear resistance characteristics, semi-luminous surface both beautiful and functional.
PU transparent adhesive coating: Polyurethane coating provides excellent water resistance, chemical resistance, flexibility, while maintaining transparency, without affecting the original appearance of the fabric.
Compound characteristic
The combination of nylon and PU coating enhances the tightness, permeability resistance and durability of the material, suitable for areas requiring high strength protection.
Second, heat sealing technology characteristics
Superior sealing performance
The heat seal melts the PU coating through high temperature pressure, and seamlessly bonds with the adjacent materials to form a completely sealed joint, avoiding the problem of water seepage and air leakage caused by traditional sewing pinholes.
Process parameter control
Temperature: need precise control (usually 120~180℃), too high may damage the nylon substrate, too low can not activate the adhesion of PU adhesive layer.
Pressure: Uniform pressure ensures that the coating is fully melted and permeates the fiber gap, improving the bond strength.
Time: Short-term high efficiency (a few seconds to tens of seconds), suitable for industrial continuous production.
High joint strength
The peel strength and tensile resistance of heat-sealed joints are close to or even exceed the fabric itself, which is suitable for high-load scenarios (such as inflatable products, outdoor equipment).
Lightweight and beautiful
No stitches required, reducing seam thickness and weight while keeping the surface flat and smooth for high-end sports equipment or medical supplies.
Environmental protection and durability
Solvent-free volatilization (compared with glue bonding), more environmentally friendly; Strong weather resistance, long-term use is not easy to aging, cracking.
