Fabric structure decomposition
Outer cover: 50D knitted double-sided cloth
Material: 50D (Daniel) fiber, medium weight, balance light weight and durability.
Process: Double-sided knitting structure, both sides of the texture, good elasticity, moderate thickness, suitable for the need for double-sided flatness design.
Features: Breathable, wear-resistant, often used in sportswear, leisure coat outer layer.
Intermediate layer: TPU penetrates 10K/10K
Material: Thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) film, environmentally friendly and flexible.
Features:
Moisture permeability: marked "10K/10K" refers to a moisture permeability of 10,000g/m²/24hr (ASTM E96 standard), a high-performance breathable layer, suitable for high-intensity exercise sweat.
Protection: Provides waterproof and windproof functions while maintaining air permeability (need to confirm whether it is a composite film or coating).
Inner layer: 20D knitted single-sided cloth
Material: 20D microfiber, light and soft, strong skin-friendly.
Process: Single-side knitted structure, smooth surface, suitable for close-fitting wear.
Features: moisture absorption and quick drying, improve wearing comfort, often used in underwear, yoga wear lining.
