1. Material and structure
Microdenier fiber:
Microfibers with a monofilament density of less than 1 denier (D) are used to make the fabric light, soft and delicate to the touch.Common materials include ultra-fine denier nylon or polyester, which combine high strength and wear resistance.
High density weaving:
Through the high-density weaving process, a tight fabric structure is formed to effectively prevent down from drilling out.
The density is usually more than 230T, and some high-end fabrics can reach 300T or even higher.
Gallbladeless design:
No additional liner layer is required, and the fabric itself has the anti-velvet function to simplify the garment production process.With fewer liner layers, the garment is lighter and more comfortable to wear.2. Core performance
Lint resistance:
The combination of high-density weaving and ultra-fine denier fibers effectively prevents down from drilling out of the fabric.Through the anti-pile test (such as national, American or European standards), the anti-pile index usually reaches 800+.
Lightweight:
The ultra-fine denier fiber makes the fabric light and the gallbladeless design further reduces the weight of the garment.
Heat retention:
The high-density structure locks in the air and forms a thermal insulation layer to enhance the thermal insulation effect.
Air permeability:
While ensuring the anti-velvet performance, the fabric has a certain permeability to avoid the stuffy feeling.
Durability:
